  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at returns@fastprintershop.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include the RMA number. Ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
